Procurement of lands for development of Industrial Parks.

Allotment of Plots to the needy entrepreneurs in the Industrial Parks developed by APIIC.

Maintenance of Industrial Area Local Authorities (IALAs) 

Brief Notes on State Govt. schemes implemented:

In line with the Industrial Policy 2020-23 and YSR Jagananna Badugu Vikasam of the Government of A.P, APIIC provides a rebate of 50% on land cost w.r.t. the allotments made to SC/ST/BC-Women Entrepreneurs, and the rebate is subject to a maximum of Rs.20.00 Lakhs.

Facilitates implementation of GO Ms No.7, Industries & Commerce( Infra), dt. 05.02.2022 to SC/ST Entrepreneurs to whom allotments were made since 2008 till March,2020 in terms of reallotment, extension of time and One Time Settlement for non-paid balance land cost. 

Implementing “Co-ordinate Growth Policy (CGP) for conversion of land use in AutoNagars to Residential, Commercial and other uses” in respect of land parcels in Autonagars on payment of 50% of the Market Value of the land as per GO Ms No.5, Industries & Commerce( Infra), dt. 04.02.2022, in coordination with Government local bodies concerned.

Implementing “Co-ordinate Growth Policy (CGP) vide GO Ms No.6, dt.04.02.2022 for conversion of land use for units allotted not less than 10 years ago which are located in Industrial Estates/Parks/Areas and Standalone Industrial Units which are sick as per the definition of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and units which cannot operate due to pollution, urban growth and other factors, this change of land use would only be applicable after 10 years of land allotment by APIIC and on payment of 50% of the market value of the land (or) Surrender of 50% of the land as per GO Ms No.6, Industries & Commerce( Infra), dt. 04.02.2022.

Developing Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) Parks and Food Parks. 

Scheme-wise Progress (along with target and achievements) of the above schemes: 

Only one Mini Industrial Estate was developed at Gopalapuram (V), Ravulapalem (M) in Konaseema District.

Land identification is in progress to develop Industrial Parks, MSME Parks & Food Park.
