HOUSING
Departmental Activities :
- Preparation of project proposals for sanction of houses under various GoI / GoAP schemes.
- Construction of houses to Weaker Section beneficiaries (SCs, STs, OBCs, General)
- Providing Construction material viz. Cement, Steel and other material as prescribed from time to time
- Sanction of Basic Infrastructure in NPI layouts to ground houses.
- Generation of Payments to the prescribed Construction Stages.
- OTS- One Time Settlement Activities for the Loanees and Non Loanees.
Brief notes on State Govt. schemes implemented:
- The State Government was launched a flagship programme Sanctioning houses under “Navartnalu and Pedalandariki Illu” scheme both in Layouts and own site beneficiaries.
- PMAY-YSR(Urban)-BLC scheme with GoI financial assistance of Rs.1,50,000 and Rs.30,000 with MGNREGS (90) Mandadays and ISL. The scheme is being implemented in ULBs/UDA areas.
- PMAY-YSR (Gramin) scheme with GoI & GoAP financial Assistance of Rs.1.50 lakh with Rs 30,000 with MGNREGS. The scheme is being implemented in Rural Areas.
