Integrated Certificate(Caste-Nativity-DOB)

Integrated Certificates are issued to the SC, ST, BC and OC castes.

This certificate is used for education and employment etc.

Required Documents to apply:

1. Application Form

2. Caste Certificate issued to the family members

3. SSC Marks Memo/ DOB Extract/ Transfer Certificate

4. 1 to 10th study certificates or DOB issued by the GP/MA

5. Ration card/ EPIC card/ Aadhaar card

6. Schedule I to IV

It is considered as Category B service. Once we get the application, It can be converted in to Category A. So, the citizen can go through గ్రామ-వార్డు సచివాలయము Center and took the certificate as he/ she required.
