Departmental Activities :

The Government of Andhra Pradesh aim is to achieve “Aarogyandhra Pradesh” (Healthy Andhra Pradesh state) with the objectives of reducing catastrophic out of pocket expenditure and improving access to quality tertiary medical and health care for all BPL families and treatment of identified diseases involving hospitalization through identified network of health care providers. In order to facilitate the effective implementation of various schemes, the State Government has set up Dr. YSR Aarogyasri. The Trust, in consultation with the specialists in the medical field runs the schemes. In this edition we provide the glimpse of activities that are taken place in Dr. YSR Aarogyasri.

Brief notes on State Govt. schemes implemented:

Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Scheme is the flagship scheme of Health initiatives of the State Government with a mission to provide Quality Healthcare for all the BPL Families. End to End Cashless services for Identified 2446 Diseases. The Scheme provides coverage for the services to the beneficiaries up to Rs. 5 Lakhs per Family per annum on floater basis.
